Program Descriptions

Strength and Conditioning: M W F 7:00am-8:00am, T TH 3:00pm-4:00pm

This class offers the opportunity to train at any level of fitness and get the most out of your workouts. Each class begins with strength focused lifts with upper body focus on Monday and Tuesday, lower body focus on Wednesday and Thursday, and full body conditioning on Friday. The second half of the class consists of a challenging circuit that provides an opportunity to work at your own pace and reach new limits week after week.

Balance: T Th 9:00AM-10:00AM

This class offers the opportunity for members of Silver Sneakers or Prime to train in a safe environment and work on balance and injury prevention.

Personal Training:

Whether you are new to exercise or trying to take your performance to the next level, a personal training session is a perfect way to learn proper technique and understand what type of training is best for you to reach your goals. 

Personalized programming:

This is the gold standard to reaching your long term goals. Each program is carefully tailored to your needs. Each month you will receive an easy to follow, day by day workout plan specific to you and our in person training sessions provide the opportunity to adjust the program based on progress. 

Martial arts:

We provide a broad range of martial arts at various times and days throughout the week. Based on the frequency in which you want to train, you have the freedom to pick and choose class types and times each week based on your schedule and training goals.

 

mat rental:

during all non class times the mat space is yours to use! Whether you have just 1 workout partner or a small group, we encourage our athletes to train whenever they can to continue to improve your skills.
